Multimedia CD Rom on Rhein-Kreis Neuss
The CD ROM contains twelve chapters with spectacular picture material on the numerous advantages on the Rhein-Kreis Neuss and its eight cities and municipalities. The CD ROM, which is issued in eight languages (German, English, French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese) is free of charge and available from the press and publicity department of Rhein-Kreis Neuss.
The CD ROM gives information on the considerable potential of the local economy as well as the geographic location and travel connections to the Rhine region. It also shows numerous historical and cultural attractions, gives a summary of various offers from the field of training and education and is testament to the high standard of living in the Rhine and Erft regions.
The multimedia CD ROM allows the user to compile its own presentation per mouse click, even for each chapter to be repeated as required. A regional map, which can be enlarged and minimised, also shows various attractions and facilities which are linked by hyperlink to the corresponding internet page.
The presentation also includes a look at the region. A separate chapter on "nice neighbours" looks are the ten neighbouring towns and districts: Dusseldorf, Cologne, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld, Duisburg and the regions of Mettmann, Heinberg, Düren and Rhine Erft. Hyperlinks to individual internet pages allow the user to find additional information
